2. Providing personal data is voluntary and, at the same time, signifies your consent to its processing by the Controller for the purpose of: 
   • responding to your communication and keeping a record of the correspondence held – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR),
   • conducting marketing and analytical activities – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR),
   • to undertake activities to enter into a contract with Wojtków szkolenia s.c. in case you are a candidate for employment, a potential customer or a potential contracting party of Wojtków szkolenia s.c. – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is that the processing is necessary for entering into a contract (art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR).
